I HIGHLY recommend Chris for all your real estate needs. When I decided to sell my home, Chris proactively reached out, and first just established a relationship with me to understand my situation, needs, and ideal price for my home. He really listened to me (I tend to ramble lol) and asked great clarifying questions. He put an excellent sales strategy together, from the listing price to marketing materials, timing for the outdoor sale sign, and scheduling the best time for open houses.
This strategy paid off extremely well as we had over a dozen enticing offers (post COVID craziness, which is pretty exceptional), all which gave me lots of options where I felt confident and comfortable opening escrow.
It's great that we got so many offers, but what distinguishes a good from a great realtor is the ability to handle unforeseen hiccups. We had trouble with a couple buyers unable to perform, AND we were in a time crunch, as I already was in escrow for my new house. You can imagine how stressful this was, but Chris stayed in constant contact with me, proposed a plan to negotiate with another buyer, and focused on a quick close.
Chris not only stayed in contact with me, but also the realtor for my new home, the escrow companies, and my lender to ensure that all documents were submitted in a timely fashion, questions were answered (I'm so ignorant to the process and he helped a TON here), and we were able to close on my current and new house right on time. Chris was able to support me, but just as important, he was so level-headed and calming, for which I was grateful! He translated real estate jargon to language I understood, and he was always solution-oriented, so I never felt like I was alone.
Chris is the best, and anyone would be lucky to work with him!
